Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2025

At BOB’s PI & Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality OSINT Investigation Services and digital products. Because of the professional nature of our work, our refund and return policy reflects the time, expertise, and resources invested in each engagement.

1. Services Rendered (Investigative & Consulting)

All service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

Skip Tracing & Digital Locates

Background & Compliance Checks

Asset & Financial Investigations

Property & Public Records Retrieval

Social Media & Online Activity Investigations

Strategic consulting or case-specific advisory work

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations before service start may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

No cancellations are accepted once investigative operations or document preparation begins.

2. Digital Products & Templates

All digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or delivered. This includes:

OSINT Playbooks & Guides

Investigation Templates, Checklists, and SOPs

Reports, case files, or training materials delivered in PDF or DOCX format

Exceptions apply if:

You receive a corrupted or non-functional file

The product was not as described on the sales page

To request a resolution, contact help@bobspinco.com

within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Subscription Services (if offered)

If subscription-based services (e.g., access to resource libraries, AI dashboards, or training portals) are offered:

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the remainder of your billing cycle.

No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time within the active subscription period.

4. Training or Onboarding Programs

Refunds for workshops, onboarding sessions, or training materials are available only if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

No refunds will be granted for missed sessions or no-shows.

Rescheduling may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargeback Policy

Unwarranted chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team will be considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and pursue legal remedies for fraudulent or unjustified claims.
