Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 04, 2025

At BOB’s PI & Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality OSINT Investigation Services, training products, and digital resources. Because of the professional and time-sensitive nature of our work, the following refund policy applies to all clients and purchases.

1. Services Rendered (Investigative & Consulting)

All service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Skip Tracing & Digital Locates

  • Background & Compliance Checks

  • Asset & Financial Investigations

  • Property & Public Records Retrieval

  • Social Media & Online Activity Investigations

  • Strategic Consulting or Case-Specific Advisory Work

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a 10% administrative and case-setup fee.

  • No cancellations are permitted once investigative operations, research tasks, or document preparation begins.

2. Digital Products & Templates

All digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or delivered. This includes:

  • OSINT Playbooks & Guides

  • Investigation Templates, Checklists, and SOPs

  • Reports, Case Files, or Training Materials (PDF, DOCX, or other formats)

Refund exceptions apply only if:

  • You receive a corrupted or non-functional file, or

  • The product was not as described on the sales page

To request a resolution, email help@bobspinco.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Subscription Services (If Offered)

If subscription-based services (e.g., resource libraries, investigative dashboards, or training portals) are offered:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.

  • You may cancel at any time; access remains active through the end of the billing cycle.

  • No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time or partial subscription periods.

4. Training or Onboarding Programs

Refunds for workshops, onboarding sessions, or paid training programs:

  • May be granted only if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • No refunds are issued for missed sessions or no-shows.

  • Rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargeback Policy

Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team are considered a violation of this policy.

BOB’s PI & Company reserves the right to:

  • Contest chargebacks

  • Provide evidence of service delivery

  • Pursue legal remedies for fraudulent or unjustified claims

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Overpayment Policy

To ensure legal compliance and protect against fraud, financial abuse, and money laundering:

6.1 Exact-Payment Requirement

All retainers and service payments must match the exact invoiced amount.
Overpayments will not be accepted under any circumstances.

6.2 Foreign & High-Risk Payments

All international clients must successfully complete KYC/Identity Verification before payments are processed.

Funds may be delayed, rejected, or returned if:

  • The payment exceeds the invoiced amount

  • The sender’s identity cannot be verified

  • The origin of funds appears suspicious or inconsistent

  • The client refuses to comply with verification procedures

6.3 Refund or Return of Questionable Funds

If overpayments or potentially suspicious funds are received:

  • Funds will be returned only to the original payment source

  • No refunds, transfers, or partial disbursements will be issued to third parties

  • Investigative work will not begin until verification is complete

  • BOB’s PI & Company may suspend or decline service at its discretion

6.4 Legal Reporting

If a payment raises a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering:

  • We may notify the receiving bank’s fraud department

  • We may cooperate with financial institutions or U.S. authorities

  • We may decline or terminate the engagement immediately
